^ And Bevan played after I stopped following cricket way back in the earliy 80s! This name came up earlier, and I thought they were referring to Bevan Congdon, NZ captain of eary 70s!

Watched the entire game yesterday (except fo rdozing off during gambhir, rohit dismissals).
I was screaming at Dhoni throughout his batting. He was on 2 off 1 or 16 balls.There were times wirh Raina where I think he even gace a maiden over, and another over just 1 run. Raina was scring at a merry clip. But Dhoni was literally strangling the scoring rate. Result Raina had to throw his wkt to keep rate up. Same with Jadeja, who played very well in the limited tim ehe was there. Skied to deep deep mid wicket trying to kep rate up. Enter Ashwin - Dhoni facing since batsmen had crossed over. 3 balls - Dhoni scored only 2 runs.
He was the main reason the pressure built up. Else with just rotating the strinke, India could have won with one over to spare. Had plenty of wkts in hand - strategy was ridiculous.
And his prodding forward ugly defense was getting on nerves. He should come behind Jadeja.
