Well, you said photoshop can be used but no fancy additions or techniques. With photoshop, you actually can use techniques to make it realistic and stuff which you cannot do with paint. Anyway, got the point and will submit my entry soon.

It wouldn’t be fair if you used extra techniques other than colouring.
