i dont think ur eyes are dull, they would look soo nice with a smoky look.
but maybe start with puttin concealer around ur eyes, then try heavy eyeliner on top and under ur eyes to make them pop.
my bro has the same colour eyes and sometimes i think how nice it would look if i could put make up on him lol.

Agreed, it has more to do with the type of make up you wear. Wear colors that make your eyes stand out and start using a good concealor/brightener around your eye area, that helps a lot too.
but they look so dull, i mean theyre not bright or anythin. Thats why i was thinking of enhancers lol.
Gorgeous Girl. thats the beauty of them, they are subtle and just stunning. MashaAllah, you have something that a lot of people want, keep them natural! Enhancers won't look as nice.
