It depicts that Pakistan is still hopeful disregard of internal problems and external issue. 
If glass is containing hard drink, that means Pakistan is moving in wrong direction.

I deliberately placed the wine glass in front of the flag and made the glass in focus, while the flag is a bit blurry. What does this tell you STA? It tells you that yes, Pakistan needs to sort itself out. BTW that is no wine. That is water with red food colouring in it.

Red part is not limited to blood but problems, and hanging flag on red background shows that Pakistan in crisis, while water indicates hope.
