use fumigation tablets…cover the oven airtight…put the tablets in…and eggs will die…

I'm posting on behalf of my friend, she does not have the internet at home. She noticed there are cockroach eggs on her toothbrush, she does not know what to do. She is paranoid that when she is brushing her teeth she may swallow some of the eggs and they will hatch inside her stomach and eat her from the inside out. Any ideas on how to remove the eggs from the toothbrush?
