Thats much Police is enough for 2 or 3 busy districts or a division if not more. I am sure he cant be secure by 50 people! anything more is just show of power and sham display!
If he puts that much police for own security, hardly enough left for police stations and people of Punjab.
a typical good town police station has about 20 ppl
