^ I never said you dont get dvt’s in pregnancy or nadz is lying about the disease. I listed the most common causes besides known cases of hypercoaguable disorders . I just said that ALL facilities, investigations and treatments are available in most parts of pakistan Alhamdulillah unlike she keeps portraying the situation here. If she thinks ghar baith kay angels should descend from above for antenatals and checkups without her even asking for them, I am sure that doesnt happen in our planet atleast. If not peshawer, islamabad is at max 2 hours drive from peshawer and has best medical centres. ghar baith kaykoi dekhnay nai ata though !

Ehl-e-chaman, i know d-dimers do show up in pregnancy but like she said they gave her an injection for the clot in the emeg so i think they should have carried out a basic test to differentiate PE or even giving heparin? It’s not like an infection that they can blindly give any antibiotic without a culture! “clot in lung” is a serious matter and if she was in pakistan and they suspected it, they would have admitted her until delivery to keep under observation!

no i wasnt referring to any diagnosis,i was just saying that not all anticoagulants are contraindicated…n as far as her blaming the pakistani system is concerned ,i consider her post too pathetic n lame to comment on it…prototype nothing against u or wat u said

OK OK,

SO i would deliberatly put myself in a position like this, just becaus ei dnt like pakistan...lol. r u guys mad. or wat. the place where we live, yes, they may be better hosps there, but like i said all ALL ALL ALL pushto speaking, husband not allowed in certsin places cos hes MALE, MIL ill herself and me and her not exactly best friends, so there was no offering of coming with me to appointments, the doc i did go to was a family friend, thats why,. but she didnt have any facility apart from a scanning machine whcih she loved to use, she was ok enough, but she kept insisting i go bk to london.
there was a hosp close by which meant to be good apparently, but by chance on the day i was thinking of going, my mils friends came to visit her , as she was ill, and one of them said she lives oppsoite that hosp and people que up from4 am in the morning to get seen, and it takes hoursss......huh?

theres no appointment system...and if there is, no one abides by it.

and ps. i was given hepirin. and steriods. all safe for preg.

Everyone in peshawar might speak pashto but it's never the ONLY language that they can speak, and I'm talking from people from all walks of life but especially the medical profession. Do you think that the doctors received all their medical training in pashto?

This Nadz123 or whatever is a plain negative person...she has problems with her in-laws,her husband,Pakistan i mean everything I salute her husband for his patience and the kind of description she is giving about Pakistan might be right if it was 1970's...if you have money you can get every type of facility there...just 2 lines of her apparent clot and then again she started bashing her husband....i have read just 2 threads of yours this one and the one where you compare yourself with your 2 year daughter and i am so sick of you.
