rinse,wash yr koka and piercing 5-6 times a day without taking out koka with Contact lens solution (the water you get in bottle)
works wonders on piercing

sara stop trying to put koka, zakham bun jay ga is say, right now just put sonf ka tinka in ur nose, this is grandma totka and really really helped me alot.:)
