Clocks going back

The best comment on this situation I heard in Indiana , they do not turn their clocks forward or backward.
A co worker explained that farmers of Indiana say that our cows and chickens do not know if the clocks have been turned up or down therefore our cows are ready for milking and our chickens lay eggs at the same time so we have to wake up at the same time then why should we turn our clocks backward or forward.

Whats the literacy rate in the Majhzz and kukkaRs of indiana
