Click here to laugh at other people's Test fantasy Teams

I don't do slags. I've higher standards.

you do? where?

OK, I'm gonna change my team but if my slags are made to pay for this change, ur never gonna live it down, aight?

and what if the change earns you more points? do I get rid of you for good?

'IF' being the operative word na!

I promise to never ever ever post in the Jokes forum ever again 'IF' your tip helps me win.

THis Fantasy league is going to be mother of all fantasy league. Already 52 teams have been entered and still 1.5 days to go. :k:

One suggestion in points system - We should have some more points for a batsman remaining undefeated (not out) per inning. As, it contributes heavily towards overall average. But in our system, we add same points in both cases. Also, we can have some points for fielders involved in run-outs. Just suggestions, rest is upto organizer and mods ;)

Too late. There was one thread for suggestion and You didnt give your suggestion then. Cant be implemented now.

F&B, the kid was just giving his opinion - I’d hate to see you in a position of authority

Saadi,
There was a thread already for giving opinion last week so that we come to consensus on rules. Now 52 people have already entered their team.If we keep changing rules who is going to inform all 52 people to make changes in their team accordingly. This creates confusion and sometimes organizers are accused fo cheating.

This is what I said.
Too bad you didnt like it.

And I thought that orginizer and mods are almighty here ;) j/k.
Well, games have not started and even fantasy teams thread is not closed. And I think there rules are not going to hurt anybody's team either. Rather, they will make point system more fair. What say?

f&b, I can't see anyone making major changes to their team if you were to implement this rule ... and what thee Indian teen is saying makes sense.

You can speak of yourself not for 52 other people. If I knew that not out player will get some points I will probaly pick more bowlers.

What you are suggesting is good and will add more excitement but remember that F&B is the only one who is running thsi league and the more complicated the rules the more his workload will increase and also higher the chances of mistakes and then arguments. The guy has volunteered to do it for our enjoyment. So lets leave the rules simple and enjoy the contest. :)

OK Ehsan bhaiya

And thanks Sobi

F&B, Prolly you meant to say that you would pick more batsmen (as they would get more points for remaining not out), not bowlers  But how many times do you see an undefeated inning in a test match? If a player a really good they only he can remain not out after scoring heavily.

But anyways lets stick to current rules and enjoy the contest :k:

Chances of a “tail-ender” staying not out are more than opener or middle order

And who says that bowlers have to be tail-enders ;) and anyways I was not suggesting to give free points to whoever remains not out or don't even bat :p

Next time we have an ODI series/tournament and you guys play a fantasy league... here is a suggestion to spice things up. Give each bowler 30 points per wicket, but from the points scored, take out the runs each bowler has given away.

So, if Shoaib Akhtar gets 2 wickets and gave up 43 runs, we will get 60-43=17 points. On the other hand, if Shoaib Malik gets one wicket and gives up 58 runs, the person will get -28 runs in the fantasy league, and instead of contributing, he will take away points from other players.

Fun. Fun. Fun. :)

if this rule will implement , i think no one will consider an extra bowler or alrounder kinda player in his/her team.its better to keep parthiv patel rather than razzaq. :nahnah:

Sobi is in two minds abt Dravid...lol

This is by far the most nonsense thread in Khail Khilari.

These type of threads only exist in Cafe.
And out of all the people, the Admin shouldn't be the one initiating nonse like this.
