Re: City Guide : Mumbai
I found the Mumbai local trains very crowded and felt a bit scared travelling on them.
I had also been warned about pick pockets- so that did'nt help.
There were a lot of people sleeping on the streets at night. The roads had pot holes, and driving was a nightmare, with the taxis driving recklessly.
I did enjoy the touristy places and the walk around the Marine drive. I was also impressed with the modern sky scrapers, and the reclaiming of the sea & building new sky scrapers. Everything was in extremes.
