Ciao!

Re: Ciao!

Ladies, do you think I can do Angel Hair Pasta with Carbonara Sauce for one course? I really like the sauce and I think it would be okay with it but want to make sure...

Re: Ciao!

Also, how many people do these recipes serve approximately? Im going to cook for at least 15 people and would like some left over too for the next day so we have leftovers.

Thank you for all the help ladies...much appreciated!

I personally like shorter pasta like ziti, rotini, shells, or the curly pasta with carbonara sauce. I find angel hair pasta to be too filling and then I feel like I don't have room for other items. I know, it sounds weird, lol.

Yummy..!!

:yummy:

Re: Ciao!

I just started going to the gym. I'm never coming to this thread again :(

Re: Ciao!

I tried to make spinach ravioli from scratch and it was a huge mess :(.

Does anyone have ravioli recipes that are easy?

Re: Ciao!

Final Menu:

Fresh warm bread with olive oil

Caprese Salad

Tuscan Garlic Chicken with either angel hair or fettucine pasta

One more dish

Either tiramisu or this really interesting concoction I just heard about called orange chocolate cake...Im gonna see if I can find it.

Thank you ladies!
