Fibromyalgia you have more pain from my understanding. A teacher I worked with had fibromyalgia....she was always in pain and dealing with the little ones became so difficult for her that she ended up quited her job :(
You can feel fatigue from both as well as numbness, and headaches. I am sure there are many other similarities that I am unaware of.
