This is why Rasulullah (SAW) in his wisdom didn’t put people to death for opposing him. (War is different, when cornered and no other options battle is an option, but it is something that is used as a very last resort, and it is a community decision, in today’s terms, a government decision with popular support - how many such situations are there really?).

But individuals who insulted or criticized Islam back then - they didn’t die. In fact, they were treated nicely.

I have spoken to non-muslims about islam.
Some one tell me, if you don’t listen to their doubts, how could ever clear the misunderstanding they have.
If every thing they say is “blasphemy”, how would you ever have conversation with a non muslim about islam ?
