Brother Hmna, please no offense but if you are presenting that ayat to prove that choosing gender of your baby is sin, then it’s implying shirk. What has been implied is that don’t choose your baby’s gender cause it’s Allah’s job and if you do it then it’s sin. That means that though humans can also do what Allah can do, but doing so it’s sin. That is shirk.

If you are implying that no matter what you do, your baby’s gender is always in Allah’s control, then not only I agree with this interpretation but like to point out that this is exactly what I am also saying

I quoted that ayat to say its all in Allah’s will. I never imply that other people’s interpretations equate them to shirk. It’s something only Allah can judge on and therefore I dnt pass judgements on the eeman of others.
