Good on them but the reality is anyone these days can produce 'advanced communications' most of the stuff exported from china is of EU/US design origin. I could setup a compnay and buy reference board designs with lets say a ARM processor ideal for a mobile phone. Then just need to buy in the machiner usually from West or Japan and get the production line going. Still when it comes to the real cutting edge technology which usually is non consumer but services it's the EU/US/Jap selling it.
