A university friend of mine who is chinese told me that eating monkey, and all other stupid things they eat is not the worst , the worst are those who eats baby and its something which happens in south china. And she was not kidding at all!

Tofi dude - many here would've eaten gurdey kapoorey without realizing what they're actually eating. Come to think of it, our ppl eat quite a few "spare parts" delicacies - e.g. ojhri, maghaz, paaya, gurdey, kaleji, kapoorey etc.

Dumchi is not what you are saying . It is cow/ox tail. It has lot of meat in it and quite tender. Why would they waste it ?
