bahria town itself in rawalpindi and lahore is worth $36 billion, DHA lahore and karachi combined is worth well over $50 billion, so how could you make the whole country with $50 billion, even kabul is worth over 50 billion.

well lets look at the projects which china has promised pakistan in gwadar.
- gas/oil pipeline from saudi to gwadar across oman
- gas/oil pipeline from gwadar - along indus river - along side karakorum highway - china
- 13 million ton oil refinery at gwadar
- port construction for oil and gas tankers to arrive and send oil up the white oil pipeline
- development of gwadars cargo port
- rebuilding the karakorum highway
now these project will actully cost around $50 billion itself, so the news does actully make sense.
