China sees India as partner
The director of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Yang Yi said the Chinese Navy is happy to see the Indian Navy develop.
The Hindu newspaper reported Friday that China can cooperate with the Indian Navy in dealing with the traditional and non-traditional security threats to play important, active, and positive role in the region.
"There is no political barrier, no political obstacle, "Yi said while referring to the possibilities of a joint Sino-India Naval exercises.
