Their focus is Taiwan & US they don't see India pose any threat on its own now or in the near future of course their concern is US using India as a proxy to contain China like it contained USSR. .
Well good for China .... India was never a threat in any case .... you are the one who wants to see some "action" ... as i said the bleek outlook for some "powers" oh never mind .....
So you agree there is no chance of any war between China and India ... so no point in discusiing who is going to do what ....
Meanwhile we have a number of "actions" happening in the immedite neighbourhood .... so stick to that ... dont drag the Chinese in :D
