Its already owned by foreign investors. So essentially, its just going to be a change of hands. Besides, doesnt Etisalat already owe Pakistan close to a billion?

Thats not to say that foreign investors are not drooling at the ‘business friendly’ environment in Pakistan, with reduced corporate taxes and truck load of loopholes. Friends of the middle east are in power. It has to mean something to them.

The way things are going in Pakistan be happy these investor are still there. Thats a $1 billion dollar company employing many Pakistanis who may otherwise be thinking about joining Taliban.
