True it exists in other countries, however Pakistan has consistently ranked as one of the most corrupt countries in teh world, alongside Nigeria and Bangldesh.
The ‘progress’ is due to Western support, were it not for 9/11, this govt would be on the brink of bankruptcy like the others, no matter how long they were in power.
It does not matter who is in power, they are all the same. The one’s who could make a difference would not be ‘allowed’ into office by Pak Army, they never let the political system develop, not in their interest,rather they bring in people like Choudry Chujaat and others
