Children's Health

Re: Children's Health

Yeah, that was a very long and tedious process! But yes, it paid off!

Absolutely. Too much pressure isn't goo either. The key is balance and if kids get enough physical activity, they sure can handle some goodies as well!

Re: Children’s Health

I think i was one of those kids! :bummer: But we can always chalk that up to that generation dint know better.. :hehe: we however, are armed with enough knowledge or at the very least tools to gain that knowledge of what’s right and wrong for our kids

my nephew doesnt drink soda, well they never serve it to him… him grabbing some on his own on the other hand is a diff story :hehe: however, he does have a very healthy appetite Mashallah, my bhabhi does give him a good balanced meals.. chef boyardee, cheese, yogurt, fruits, veggeis etc.

And ur so right, i only hope when my time comes.. my own eating habits are better so i can be a good example. i was a fat kid from the start, and believe me its an uphill battle to fix bad lifelong habits. its not something i want my kids to go through.
