White sauce, or otherwise called bechamel, is super easy to make…
Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a sauce pan…sprinkle in 2 tbsp of white flour and stir until well combined. Whisk in one cup of milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt/pepper/whatever spice flavor you want. You can also add more milk to achieve whatever consistency you need.
