Chicken Breast with rib meat (marinated up to 8% with a solution of water,white pepper…half of black pepper
black pepper…acording to taste ,
salt…according to taste,
sugar…lil bit,
onion powder or paste.
garlic powder or paste.
cut and make a pocket of the breast, fill it with cheese and parsely with lil salt and black pepper (not too much, coz its also used in marination). roll it in the egg and bread crumbs. now fry it.
