well these r my 2 recipes..my husband likes chickpeas alot so i make it this way and he loves to eat...

1/2 cup oil mai 1 pyaz brown kr lain..sath he dalain cinnamon,laung,choti illaichi,barri ilaaichi aur saabut kaali mirch,nihari ka phool..aur thora sa pani daal kur sath he cover kr lain pan ko...iss turhan piyaz ka rung nikal ata hai...ub iss mai dalain chicken chahay bonesless use kr lain ya bones wali its upto u i use the ones with bones...this gives good taste..phir issmai dalain laal mirch,haldi ,pissa dhunya,nammuk aur adrak lehsun ka paste(home-made)...bhoonain...ub on the other side 2 tomatoes ko blender mai dalain aur thora sa pani daal kur inki purree bna lain..not use the regular packed tomatoe purree..they dont give good taste..anyway its upto u...
ub yeh paste pan mai dalain aur bhoonain yeha tuk k masala oil chor day..yani laal oil oopur nazar ana chiyea... ub pehlay say boiled chickpeas issmai daal dain...aur shorba chatay hain to thora sa pani daal kur 2-3 boil anay dain nai to shorbay k baghair b achay lugtay hain...serve krnay say pehlay oopur kaali mirch zaroor daal dain aur sath mai sabbut motti wali harri mirch aur hara dhunya...
ager masala rukhna hai to 2 piyaz use krain aur shorba chiyea hai to 1..
have it with rice or tandoori roti...

oil mai 2 piyaz brown kr lain..issmai piyaz ko dark krna hai jalana nai hai..pani daal kur colour nikal lain..sath he dalain cinnamon,laung,choti illaichi,barri illaichi,sabbut kaali mirch,taiz patta,saunf,safaid zeera,kaala zeera ,nihari ka phool,jaaiful,jawatri aur khushbu anay dain..aur dalain laal mirch,pissa dhunya,nammuk aur adrak lahsun ka paste,kaali mirch,garrum masala powder aur bhoonain k masala oil chor day..ub chanay boiled daal dain..sath he tomatoes b aur sabbut hari wali mirch b aur bhoonain takay tomatoes gul jayen...phir 2 cup paani daal dain aur boil anay dain..ub 1 cup chawal already bhigay aur nichoray huwaye wo daal dain..jub dum anay lagaye to thoray say doodh ya pani mai yellow food colour,thora sa kewra aur zara sa zafran essence mila kur daal dain aur hara dhanya sprinkle kr dain..dum complete krain aur nikal kur raitay say noshjan krain..
