I didn’t realise this before but botox can also be used to lift the tip of a nose if its too droopy.. it’s amazing what can be done nowadays..

Macrolane works but is only temporary as well and not inexpensive.. if a person isn’t anti-surgery a boob job or breast lift might be money better spent.. For people who want a very subtle result and don’t want to be cut open I guess they’d prefer it..
