It was just as i predicted...meaning bokwaas 'in deepika style'.....no seriously what an utterly crap movie....same old story line, no good acting....deepika looked good n sounded cute (though at points it looked as if they have dubbed her) but her acting was alright nothing great. Srk seriously needs to rest/retire or choose good roles where there is good acting. It was not even funny...just one or two scenes....srk was trying too hard to make it humorous but na it was not funny....gone the days when he was good at comedy like yes boss/phir bhi dil hai hindustani etc. songs are okiesh nothing good. And adding emotional scenes of maa in every other srk's movie looks so stupid. Overall its a waste of time n surely was waste of money too. Lol the last scene was copied from ddlj to an extent. 0-1 out of 10.....1 for deepika.

A must watch for SRK lovers, I am not his fan neither Depika’s. Srk was trying to be extra funny, he was doing silly acting aa’ aaoo’n, made faces, jumped around . I felt like I was watching a cartoon movie, WTH. :rotfl: Deepika’s Tamil accent reminded me of my Tamil colleague at work, she used to speak exactly like her and it was so funny.

I liked the first 30 minutes and the last 30 minutes of the movie just because loved the way they introduced each character with suspense in the beginning and ending was emotional. If you do watch Bolly movies religiously then Yes you might go else I would recommend it to you, waste of time. This movie has made so much money because so many people went to watch it due to Eid.

The funny thing is that I didn’t know what Chennai means, thought it is a city name in China lmaooo then my friend said I think it is a place name in India. Later on, I found, it is a name of Train in India. :hehe:

yup went with friends, still to date they are saying we want our money back… what a bokwaas movie :chai: waste of money, waste of time!!!

Chennai is the capital of the state of Tamil Nadu in India. It was earlier called “Madras”. And the train is named after this city :blush:

merii yeh baat samah meN nahiiN aatii k movies ke aise naam kiuN hote haiN? aise naamoN kaa kahaanii se kia Khaas rishta/naata hotaa hai? kia producers bahtar naam nahiiN rakh sakte movie kaa?

na jaane kitnii movies train ke naamoN par ban chuki hai jiskaa kahaanii se kam hii ta'alluq thaa.

I was looking at Maldives Map today. Srilanka and India is closer to Maldives, i spotted Chennai city on the map, lol. The Chennai city is beautiful, saw few places in the movie.

For seeking attention may be? I wonder when is Virgin Trains UK coming next. :rotfl:

I hadn't heard a single song prior to watching the movie but soon as we got out of the theatre and got in our car I youtubed the songs and slowly all of them have grown on me.... all I listen to these days is Chennai music.
