Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
aana..welcome to gupshup ![]()
im a senior too!
but i’ll be takin ap physics ![]()
see this ‘dewana tera’ here. he’s a helpful machine
be nice to him, and he’ll help ya out ![]()
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
I’ll let this thread stay here only because I know what it feels like to suck at chem. Thank God I’m done with it! ![]()
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
okkk..i am finally done with my homework..thnx to deewana tera..
i'll be back after a few days to get some more homework help.
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
hehe sweetheart look at who u r asking
if guppies new chemistry they’d probably all be doing there hmwk, not procrastinating here
i love chemistry, i also took AP CHEM in senior year. it’s fun haha. good luck with the rest of ur hmwk.
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
Pick the name and formula that do NOT
match.
1. HBrO4 : perbromic acid
2. H2PO4 : phosphoric acid
3. HCN : hydrocyanic acid
4. H2CrO4 : chromic acid
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
1)Carbon does not exist as a diatomic molecule
2)HBro is not perbromic acid ( i think )
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
how many protons are present in one iron(III) ion?
YEAH I AM BACK
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
it's not an isotope. so it's got the same number of protons like Fe 2+ or any other iron
(hope im right)
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
26?
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
if that is what the book says
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
it is 26!
heres my next question...which of the following is false
1.the mass of protons and neutrons are about the same.
2.the mass of proton is much larger than the mass of electron.
3.the mass of electrons and neutrons are about the same.
4.the mass of hydrogen atom is about the same as a proton
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
1.the mass of protons and neutrons are about the same.
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
wrong
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
really?
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
yeah really..
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
the difference b/w the mass # of an atom of an element and the atomic # of the element is always equal to:
1.the number of neutrons in the nucleus
2.the atomic number of the element.
3.the atomic mass unit.
4.6.02 X 10^23
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
neutrons are massless. protons are the things that define the atomic mass. electrons have next to nothing mass. hydrogen therefore is basically a proton. what am i missing?![]()
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
1.the number of neutrons in the nucleus
Re: chemistry homework help needed!!!
thank u...
i have 2 more questions to go
