cheese eating

Re: cheese eating

Well I am not sure if the cheese has some direct relationship with the brain, but here are some facts.

Cheese is not good for the brain
Reason: When you eat chese on a regular daily bases and don’t do exercise or don’t consume it well, you will definitely gain some weight. You may not notice it until you become well-over-weighed or you have discovered a belly attached to you. This belly(weight) will always be on your mind, if you are health-conscious and thus your brain will not be as good as it was in terms of concentration…
Now the Italians and the Turks (and many others) are eating chese on regular daily bases for centuries, but there brains are still working. But are their brains as good as the Germans have, who do not eat chese on regular basis???
So we have to collect a lot of data about the brains of people from Germany, Turkey and Italy to conclude something…

If you can provide some data for me, I can analyze it and then answer your question based on solid facts.

Re: cheese eating

^ So ur sayin it's not really the cheese that affects us but the psychological effects of weight gain. In that case, u can say chocolate ruins our brains, food ruins our brains etc etc.

Re: cheese eating

Hmmmm

Well every thing we read, eat, listen, watch, touch,..... has its effects on all our body including our brain.

Since here the talks are all about how our brain behaves if we eat cheese. Well I guess chese don't weaken our brain, if it does not even strengthens it. The only way it seems to have bad impact on the brain is through adding some fats to the body and thus some one very concious about health can be affected.

Mostl foods can be considered to have the same, but we are talking here about cheese.

Re: cheese eating

Yeah but isn't it kinda irresponsible to say that a certain food ruins ur brain? It's not the food, it's the effect the food has on your body, which in turn effects ur mind. The food doesnt' directly affect ur brain, like the origianl post stated, it's the effect the food has on the body

Re: cheese eating

Well there are foods that directly affect our brain. All sort of drugs, alcohol and even tobacco have well known direct relationships with our brain. Similarly all foods affect our brain in some way or other (by affect here I mean direct one), but it is too little to be experienced or noticed for an average human being.

Some certain foods let your brain working a bit better, like almonds. Similarly some vegetables have opposite affect.
