Do you think its
1- a break of trust between man and God or
2- is it break of trust between woman and man.

So lets say a person has illicit relations while unmarried, widowed or divorced, is it the same as one doing it while married?

Since if you beleive in the 1st, both are equally bad, if you beleive in second, first is not a crime, second is.

Its a break of trust between both.

Its not the same if he does it while single though.
