Yes you are right, it is the fault of the parents. The 40 year old parents who are sitting on such sites preying on such girls.
I did not claim the girls were not at some fault also, however I think life experience and maturity play major factors in this.
Well the reason why they prey is because they know they will probably get their customers. In other words it's available when it should'nt be! I hope you get what i mean.
