I have a question.

Spiderman's uncle once said, with power comes great responsibility. Sometimes people in leadership have to take very tough and painful decisions against their will and desire. But they take the decision for the greater good of the organisation. On a personal level, the decision may hurt them a lot.

What was the most toughest decision you took as a director of Gupshup and how did you handle it?

Forceful removal of people from the team were always some of the toughest decsions and unfortunately I had to take them several times. I kid around a lot but always like to extend respect to people, and firing them from the team always appeared as a disrespect. Unfortunately, those were the actions I had to take, so, well ..

Another ones were where I had to ignore people when they were directly (and for no reason) insulting me. Very tough not to kick their behinds off.

We know Niksik is a great cook... so what can you cook up in the kitchen that is worth eating?

What is the best thing you like to do with you kids?

Name one thing that you miss about Michigan?

• Daal and maybe bhuna hua gosht.
• Best thing I like to do is me lying down and they sitting on the bed by my side and talking to each other. Somehow that is so soothing that it puts me to sleep. Whenever in the afternoon, I want to take a short nap, I ask them to come to the room with their books or ipad or whatever and just be there.

• There are many moments, and I cant think of one. Bests are always the ones when I meet someone from GS. We (Niks and I) have met Muzna, Aahmed, Nescio, Tofi, Sara516 and UZ (sorry if i I missed any name) and those were always great moments. WOrst time of mine was when I became the director. That was a diff story on how it happened and under what circumstances, but I had to deal with a some very very non-ccoperative team members. Good that Azkar X2 Muzna and Ehsna Bhai were there with me.

• I grew up reading Urdu novels for kids. if someone can remember Ferozsons novels and their Arzang series which was urdu translation of superman. ten they might relate. It was fascinating. Then superman movies started coming out in 80’s and then in 90’s they killed the comic book version of Superman and every DC comic book hero came to the funeral. That one comic was my all time favorite.

• GS’s TLK is my inner child. Literally childish and always tryinig to be funny (mostly an unsuccessful attempt). In reality, I am like that, but I dont joke with ladies like I do on GS.
