I heard thugs from Banaras were famous. There is this guy Raza Ali Abidi (BBC Broadcaster) who wrote books on his journey on GT Road (in Pakistan, India and Bengladesh). He recently wrote a book on Thugs and their history. he book contains a novelette on famous thug Ameer Ali.

mutton may be used for sajji, but for tikka it sounds tasteless at the very beginning.
