If the tournament would have gone ahead it would have ended swiftly today. Imagine foreign teams staying at the Marriott. I know the tournament was only to be held in Lahore and Karachi as per the revised schedule but the original itinerary included matches in Pindi as well. Thank God for the cancellation.

^Come to think of it...after the hotel attack.....I am actually fearful of the safety of Indian team in Pakistan (in the forthcoming tour). But I have no doubts that the BCCI will have no such apprehensions....they just can't play enough lovey-dovey with PCB.
In a similar vein, I am beginning to pray that the Aussie tour of India goes through without any unfortunate event.....some elements from across the border make seek to send a message.

They dont stay at the Mariott, the cricket teams always stay at the PC Hotel, Rawalpindi.

Actually, they just went ahead and killed 16 Christians, they need no special attacks to kill people over there I guess, its kinda similar to what you guys did to the Muslims in Gujrat a few years ago.

Do you think Terrorist belong to any territory or country or religion? mate they are as much enemy of you or us. We are our own enemies. We, our people, we cannot let things happen their natural course, the way they should. Not going down the route of speculating who is doing what, but we are our worst enemies.
From the cricketing perspective, the 2-test series with WI that PCB is desperate to arrange is already canceled, no need to arrange a security tour on this. Suffice to say, cricket this year will end on a sad, and a very bad note.

Dude, America trained AlQaida and Taliban, Pakistan used them to their benefit in Afghanistan and to an extent in India. In case you didn't notice these monsters have turned against Pakistan. The terrorism problem is now as much "home-grown" for Pakistan as much as it is for India. Whether you want to bury your head in the sand and point your fingers towards Pakistan or wake up and deal with the problem is your choice. Good luck!

nope - you're not. How many foreign players have been killed in india due to supposedly cross border terrorism so far that you had to point fingers at Pakistan - totally uncalled for.
you'd use the occasion to spew your venom against Pakistan but when reminded of your own home grown terrorism antics then it suddenly becomes a matter of 'communal violence is different than terrorism'
