How would that phone function? If it is through a battery as part of the phone, then imagine the vibrations (if not the electrical surge) if the phone malfunctioned and they do do that. It might be entertaining to see someone jerking around in an electrical shock, but I doubt it would be all giggitty goo for the person itself.
