It is possible to look decent in western attire as Sanam Saeed and Mahira prove here. Unfortunately Miss Meera looks like she forgot to put her shalwar on, and the Maat girl gave her darzi some instructions to sew her a ‘maadern dresss’!

I don’t get what Mahira’s is wearing. Is it suppose to be a wrap dress or a sarong. Looks fazool and all wrinkly. She is hollywood slim though.
