I don't think they'll go all the way to photoshop her chin. and make her look completely different. If you watch this drama on Aye Dasht-E-Junoon there's a lady in that drama whose supposed to be after Fahad Mustafa's character...the second one looks like that. But if she is Ayesha khan then what a bad job at photoshopping. No point in makeing someone look completely different.

*I don’t really like people with such face shape but she’s an exception maybe its that way she dresses or does her makeup or maybe I don’t know why when I was in Pakistan people used to say that I look a bit like her. *
