actually, i remember Sanam mentioning on a morning show that both Sabreen and Sanam are from same parents. Sabreen has a different name probably because she is married!

Aminah probably has diabetes or some health issue. A healthy body does not inflate like this. She never had the body type to get that overweight. She looks all swollen...
