Hey Misbah i’ve placed my order since July 26 and i’ve sent you $400 as of July 29 and you agreed to have my dress ready and sent by my birthday which was on September 3rd then end of august I requested to see progress pics you never sent me anything, then I never received the dress by my birthday and I called you and you apologized to me and that your very busy and the dress will be ready very soon.
after that I said I really want the dress before eid, and you said you will send the dress on tues and I should get it by Fri or Mon, and I will insert the screenshot of that here as well. I am so frustrated and disappointed by you, you are very unreliable you obviously haven’t sent the dress yet because I STILL DONT HAVE THE DRESS! and despite all of that I have been trying to contact you on your phone number, whatsapp, facebook to workout something else or refund me and no never reply… Okay you couldn’t get the dress ready in time whatever refund me my money!
And believe me I waited a long time for your replies so I wouldn’t have to do this, but you haven’t left me no other choice, i really love your work and I have had a dress made by you in the past and so many people loved it and asked me where I got it made and I gave them you contact info and fb page. Its just so sad how unreliable you are!
And I still have all the screenshots of our conversations about this order if you need to see them again for reference.
I really hope you contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue and work something out or at least refund me so we can both go our ways.
