@khattichic - I have noticed that also different restaurants give different quantities . It’s hard when you tell them headcount- you don’t want to expect. I know the person in our masjid that does the ordering is an expert by now and orders by the tray. Sometimes if you order for 100 ppl or 115 ppl food quantity is exactly tj same except for per piece items like samosas and gulab and Rasmalai

You’re right about different restaurants give different quantities…we run into that problem a lot every Ramadan during the community iftars/dinners. Unfortunately, there is no exact way to determine how much to order. The best I can tell you is to ask around or get suggestions from someone in your community who has experience with that specific caterer and then order accordingly.
