Re: Comparing NYC & Lahore : Rain & Flood

@kaka_in_usa

Preparing ahead of time for natural disasters is too much to ask for from our politicians. Its same everywhere in south asia. All we do is rescue, the phrase one stitch on time saves nine is lost on our politicians.

Just few months ago i was in Sri Nagar and saw it in all its glory, it breaks my heart to see the entire city under water while state machinery is sitting on its back side. Only army and private sector is helping out effectively.

Regarding lahore though, since **SS is mainly khadim-e-ala of lahore only **he should be better prepared. I see photos of laxmi chowk and other areas under water every year, rain is something that happens every year then he should have better prepare for the floods. He got no excuse. Like someone said, you cannot avoid natural disasters, you can just better receive them and for a govt in power for decades they have no one to blame but themselves.

u ney dil jeet lia :omg: ab u ko idher koi khatra nhin hey :fatee:
