Shias are not more than 15% of Pakistan’s population, and at least 90% of victims of sectarian violence in pakistan are shia.
Yes there is also a law and order problem in Pakistan and most of the people who are killed in bomb blasts across Pakistan are sunni but that is because Sunnis are 80% of pakistanis, and if there is a bomb blast at a bazaar or any public place then obviously majority of the people killed in crowd will also be sunni. But unlike shias, sunnis are not being targetted because of their sectarian affiliation.
