Anything you do if it is going to have the name of an institution attached to it, then go for the best possible one you can go to.
Other stuff like pmp or business analyst certifications, it's the organization thAt grants it that is important, where you took any courses means nothing.

let me explain again.
if the university is the certificate granting body then it matters. a certificate from UCLA is going to be better than one from cal state-LA,
but if the certificate granting body is not the institute where you are taking a course, e.g. you can take project management courses anywhere, but for certification you pass a Project Mgmt Institute (PMI) test and u get the Project Mgmt Professional (PMP) certification/designation.
