When Ayub Khan the corrupt dictator awarded Nishan-e-Hyder to Major Raja Aziz Bhatti Shaheed in 1965and Yahya Khan the drunkard awared Nishan-e-Hyder to Pilot Officer Rashid Minhas Shaheed in 1970, do you think these award lost their worth? What kind of stupid argument is this?
