I've heard so many people saying that Saudi Government only punishes the poor and weak. I think we should not take examples from Saudi though its a muslim country but it doesn't have the correct Islamic law in it.

yes it is so.they do alot of discrimination b/w rich and poor,saudi and other nationals,arabs and non-arabs and so on.
