no .. what i meant was in our school, the LOCAL residents fee , lets say if it was 1000 for a 5 subject semester (15 credits), SAME structure for an INTERNATIONAL student was 5000

I think it doesn't mater at graduate level, as long as its 12 18 credit hours, its $15000

no idea when u say credit hours.. we always went with how many subjects.. “full load” meant 5 subjects.. and fee was different for locals and internationals..

maybe thats cuz i never went to uni so wouldnt know..

I think the resident and non resident chaker is only at state universities, not at private university like Harvard and Boston Universities, we go by credit hours
