yeah you need to fry/sautee them in a pan so the water content leaves and they get more mushroomy flavour.

After that i add them to everything and anything, especially my lunchtime soup.

One tasty “starter”: drain and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes in tiny amount of olive oil, when done add some cottage cheese, tomato puree, and chopped garlic. Salt + Pepper to taste.

A can of mushrooms has less than 20 calories!
