Back when dad worked in KSA, the locals used to get 2 months of vacation. That's just vacation, which does not includes the 2 weeks for Eid, relaxed hours during Ramzan and a generally laid back work environment (for them).
Now I am not sure if this was all locals, or just locals in office jobs and such. But 2 months is a long time.
