I live in Canada and I have 6 weeks vacation, two weeks sick leave and 6 days casual leave. I must take two weeks vacation, the rest I can take cash. I get cash for unused sick and casual leave. If my sickness exceed 2 weeks, I have one year of long term sick leave on full salary.
